If I’m honest, when I first started watching Chris and his channel a few years ago, I mostly thought that the iconic “Jeep” was an overpriced, over-hyped gimmick. If you bought one, you were a sucker. NOW I realize the allure. Kitted out properly with all of the bells and whistles for true off-road enjoyment, this vehicle, particularly “Orangey” has my absolute respect. If I were 20 years younger and didn’t have advanced pancreatic cancer, I would jump at the chance to use this vehicle as a base camp for innumerable adventures and memory making. Many thanks for all of the hours of enjoyment you have provided to my wife and I. We appreciate it all very much. I’m looking forward to what is next and will be riding along in the passenger seat of 🍊-y for as long as I am able. Best wishes and save travels. From Ottawa 🇨🇦

I am inspired by your Solo travels with Orangey 🍊. She's definitely often the star of the episodes. She deserves the very BEST TLC as she has never let you down. She even saved your life many times over ... literally and figuratively. Hardworking gal. She's just tired and needed a break. No pun intended. Hope you keep sticking with her. Please get stickers or patches of orangey for merch! Hoodies! T shirts! Maybe even postcards! Looking forward to seeing you and Orangey hitting the trails soon! 🍊🙏🙌

I drive a 1999 WJ Grand Cherokee. I’ve had it for 21 years. 250k on the odometer, 50k on drive train and suspension. Some mods. Performs off road beautifully. I do my own wrenching, and the Jeep is definitely worth the effort to keep it in good condition. I’ll keep it till I die. I also have a 1979 class A dodge south wind motor home, restored. It would be a beauty queen and right at home at that lodge. Nice video Chris

That's a bummer about Orangey. When you look at all the continuous reliability you've had, it sure looks like it's among the best built Jeeps to come down the line. Staying up with the maintenance like you do has really paid off in the long run. I recently sold the most reliable Jeep I've owned. After 15 years it was difficult. I hope you have continued reliability with Orangey. Thanks for the roll-back video. I liked watching them again. Good job.

Clock spring and really long list of parts? Hard to tell if this is Chris’s rye humor or actual. Stay tuned. Like the idea of tow bar for Jeep. Since it’s flat towed with no tongue weight, and near 5000 lb of the vans tow limit, and the jeeps brakes will be activated. Might work well. Especially for occasional and emergency use. If you get to the mountains, disconnect and drive separately.
