I think you can easily make Valentine's chocolate since there are only a few ingredients 👍

"① Heat the chocolate in the microwave (500w) for 20-30 seconds several times until it reaches 50-55℃.
② Transfer the warmed chocolate to another bowl and lower it to 27-29℃.
*If the temperature does not come down to the specified temperature in one try, put it in another bowl and bring it up to 27-29℃.
③ Heat the chocolate that has been lowered to the above temperature in a 500W microwave to 32-33℃.
④ Pour into a tray and remove excess chocolate.
*It is dangerous to pour 5 sheets at once, so it is safer to pour 2 to 3 sheets at a time.
⑤Store the above in the refrigerator.
⓺Wrap the leftover chocolate in OPP film or plastic wrap to make it easier to mold it and keep it cool.
*Remaining chocolate will be used when closing the lid at the end."
