Today, for Valentine's Day, which is not long to go,
I brought a video of making a heart macaron made with plenty of dark chocolate🍫 ganache.
When squeezing the dough into a heart shape, squeeze it according to the heart shape you prefer, the most important thing is to squeeze the shape so that both sides look symmetrical!
When both sides are symmetrical, the completed shape looks pretty and it is easy to match.
(I recommend printing a heart pattern and squeezing it on the floor :)
