On December 12, 2016 Cooking Demonstration at Restaurant Le Vallauris shows Executive Chef Jean Paul Lair’s “Veal Rossini with Pomme Anna & Braised Belgium Endive” recipe being prepared. This took place in front of an audience of about 50 avid followers of M. Lair and the famous landmark restaurant “Le Vallauris”. Afterwards, they got to savor the flavors of everything they had just witnessed being cooked.
