This is another reason I would never have solar panels installed. They can be gone tomorrow morning. Wow, that State representative sounds really enthused and helpful. "Go to our website", while 60k is on the line!

I worked in construction back in the early 90’s. It was a very small company and the owner would be working on a job and people constantly stopped by asking for business cards. We were up at 3am, done by 6pm working 6 days a week and we never had time for one project. One day your ripping off a roof, next day your laying a floor, next day you’re remodeling a bathroom and on the weekends you’re laying concrete. All these jobs running together and then you have to find workers. Most of them are good but you seem to be at the jail bailing someone out or hunting them down because they work too much and get kicked out of their house and go couch surfing. This guy still has a construction business and I left that mess along time ago. Too many people want something built and there’s not enough people who have the skills so those who are good take forever because they are overwhelmed

There schedule for August is not correct. The acid wash should have been on the 27th and then fill the pool with water on the 28th, they have it backwards. I had my pool built by Dolphin pools of Phoenix, Arizona during Covid, took just under a year. But I'm very happy with my pool.

Never pay until the job is done...and if the company will not do that, find someone else.

it doesn't work that way when building a pool, they have many subcontractors and you pay in blocks when they complete each different part of the pool construction.

I wouldn’t trust online reviews nowadays, get word-of-mouth recommendations.

Make sure they get it done correctly, have a inspection. Thats if they ever do get it done ! Reasons you dont pay untill the job is done thats what alot of people do .
