I wish my son's Camry was that smooth when IT started smelling funny. We got her done though. Lol. Good fix from a good Dad Dave. 👍👍

At least you did not have to look hard to find where the smell was coming from 😀 I was surprised how bad the old gasket was. Great job on the repair

Great job. To bad your son was not there to help you. My grandkids only know if the car runs it is ok. If not then the goer must be bad. I had all girls and they did not want to get oily and greasy so that did not work either. Thank goodness your son has a father that can fix things. Thanks for the video's.

Thanks. I had 4 boys and only the oldest is interested in fixing cars, he's 31. The son that owns the car is 23 and has other interests if you know what I mean. I used to do a lot more car work but I'm to old now. I'll still do the easy stuff though

Must be tough having to work on that bigger machinery. That gasket was done, to have a gap like that I was surprised she didn't flame up. We've all been there, I can still smell the burning oil on a couple of the vehicles I use to drive. The old Beetles where bad for leaking at the valve cover. Catch up to you next week. Stevo

Thanks stevo. I used to work on cars a lot but my body says no more. Yes definitely a big gap eh. Oil must have been pouring out it. Take care
