The most fitting way to remember and cherish EVH's memory is to see him right there playing his heart out literally for the sake of "love". For his fans.

In my honest opinion, this was VH’s peak. Fantastic musicianship by all four members. Just unreal. I was crushed when EVH passed but elated when Sammy revealed they both mended fences before Eddie left us. That….reconciliation….forgiveness….a thousand time greater than the music. When you leave things unresolved it eats away at you and if someone passes before you can mend that rift, it’s eternal. But love does conquer all. In the end they both still loved each other and that’s the key to the locked door. RIP, Eddie. You are gone physically but your music lives on.

This has always been the best song they ever did. All their soul and passion is in here. The way Eddie runs back to the mic from playing piano, Hagars epic voice, watching the Love and passion on stage in person must have been amazing and such a thrill. My deepest heart felt condolences to Wolfie , Valerie, and Eddies wife. May he rest in eternal peace. 💔💔💔

Van Halen should be in past tense now. Was rather than is. The band ceased to exist after Eddie's passing on Oct 6, 2020 according to Wolfgang. But, Sammy and Mike are carrying the VH torch for now. Wolf just wants to play his own stuff and not his father's in his band. Wolf made it clear that VH was done and couldn't continue without his father.

absolutely unreal . So tight. Edward & Alex are so good , it feels like more than human. Can anyone be that technically brilliant? Hagar is out of breath at the beginning, but works his way thru it, by the second verse he's back again. He's mesmerizing as a front man . These guys had a passion that I dont see in live performance anymore. And I see live performances every week. (Plus had a working band for nine years. ) technical brilliance is one thing, passion is something else...... you either got it, or you dont .....You are there for the money or you are there with a message, this band went way past the money motive. Kinda sad that the Eddie/Alex side and the Sammy& Mike side have drifted apart.

There’s no denying the excessively how brilliant this performance is. It’s all here. Great lyrics, Great structure. Great coda. Great harmonies. It’s hard to process at the end of the song that there aren’t backup singers exclusively dedicated to creating those harmonies while the band created the music. Bravo to all.
