I literally packed all my things into a car, drove down to Arizona and am purchasing a van today and feel 1,000 times more confident thanks to all the time, detail and work you put into these videos. I'll be vlogging my time working on my build as I travel through national parks and I'll be sure to recommend this amazing channel

I doubt you will see this comment as I am just now seeing your van build videos three years after you made them, but I'm going to comment anyway. You have inspired me to attempt my own build (at least some of it, lol). I'm planning to retire next year, purchase a travel vehicle to see the US and come to the RTR in January 2022. I hope and pray that your nonprofit continues to bless many more and I thank you for encouraging all of us to follow our hearts.

I have been watching any video I can find about living free....well...almost on no money for about 6 months or so. I am amazed at all the wonderful people you have interviewed and spoke of. we found a 1987 shasta roadmaster and brought her home today. I'm so excited that every time I think of it speak of her I can't stop smiling. What you are showing how to do on your channel gives people hope...at least it does me. Take care and keep the rubber side down. Hope to see you and all your friends in Arizona one day.

So enjoying feeling your sheer joy, gratitude and satisfaction at getting close to moving in to your new home, Bob. What a beautiful job Terry has done with the electric work! And I love hearing you give us the overview of the layout and some of the reasons for various placements and applications, and what you had in mind in designing it that way. Just so helpful, Bob--and inspiring--as always!

No one deserves this more than you, after everything you do to help others. You have the least number of videos of the people to whom I subscribe, yet you've been on KZitem the longest. I wondered at that...until I realized that you are busy out helping others with THEIR OWN builds and upgrades. You are truly an angel on this earth, and have inspired me more than you could ever know. (Ever consider doing voice overs? PBS? Ken Burns? Disney? History Channel documentaries? Etc... I love your voice!) You're a brilliant mind! - and I know for a fact that brilliant minds hate too much noise and need quiet solitude. There's so much going on inside the 'ol noggin, that noise can be almost traumatic - yea...I saw that video. You're an awesome person.

Dear Bob, WOW, and OUCH....WOW because the build is SUPERB; OUCH, because it "hurts" that I don't have such an awesome Van to live in! I am a relatively new Subscriber. I presently live "TINY" with my Hubby in a small studio apartment. We downsized, purged, and squeezed ourselves from a 3 bedroom with a den House into our present place. Once you have lived minimally/tiny in one spot, YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO IT ANYWHERE....I anticipate being Semi-nomadic once Hubby retires in June 2018. We will buy a used compact RV or a Van. If I can find in The Hudson River Valley Region of New York someone who can outfit a van with the practicality and SKILL that was put into your build, Bob, I would be CRAZY HAPPY!....Bob, I am SO GLAD for you. Someone who serves us so well by sharing the stories of REGULAR yet interesting folk that you meet on the road, AND gives us tips on how to make our sojourn (in my case, my FUTURE sojourn ) EASIER is a downright BLESSING! Enjoy your new living space with your sweet dog, and I will keep watching. I watch you on KZitem, but do not do anything yet with my channel. I am on Facebook (Amy Moseley Smith ), and I have a fledgling Blog, amymoseleysmith.wordpress.com. Bob, May God keep you SAFE and at peace on the road, and off road!

It always makes me feel good to see someone strive to pay attention to correctness and neatness when it comes to wiring. Not only for safety, but also for ease of troubleshooting. I really get irked sometimes looking at the d-i-y installs in KZitem videos. Most people don't even know that there's a factory recommended torque setting on the screws for a simple terminal strip when wires are attached. And/or .. the reason behind it. Bob, I definitely recommend that you check all your connections at least once a year, or more, since you have a tendency to off-road and shake things a bit. :) With your install, that should be a breeze. Although, Terry has probably already told you that.
