Sieve or strainer...same thing. Usually made with mesh (plastic or metal). Tiny openings. Colander = usually one piece (plastic or metal or ceramic) with holes drilled/stamped out of it. For vanlife needs, the sieve/strainer would be all you need. Tho have seen collapsible colanders. Probably wouldn't use very often.

Marie, just a suggestion... You can make your own dry shampoo for cheap as hell and it's environmentally friendly too! I use arrowroot powder and add some cacao powder to darken it a bit. Added bonus: your shower smells like hot chocolate when you wash your hair lol. Love you guys!!!
@vanlifesagas
4 жыл бұрын
Nooo way. Where do you get that arrowroot powder? Must try that!
@@vanlifesagas The link suggested above is the one I have from Amazon but you can also find it at any health store. You can put it in an empty spice jar so you can basically 'sprinkle it' on your hair. Let me know how you like it!

Going thru all the cupboards and such -- would be an excellent lead-in to next episode about DEALING WITH MICE and rodents and such - from under the van, in the hood / engine area and inside. Have a nice week you guys.

@@vanlifesagas No -- when I found your channel that one day if you recall I mentioned I was looking to get one and that is why I said I was serious, when you said you would sell yours, etc. LOL --- it is a super common vanlife / RV problem and even lately the last 2 mths I see lots of channels discussing it. I am so sad your generation cannot afford jeans without holes in them, it breaks my heart some days. LOL

Don, you could also say “clothes,” which you can pronounce the same as “close.” It might be easier.

That’s a very good trick. Do you have one for « clothing ».

You can say clothes instead of clothing. As in, “This is where I store my clothes.”

I can't say that I'd agree that "clothes" and "close" have the same prounounciation. Similar, but definitely not the same.

@@luns486 For a French person, the pronounciation is pretty much the same though. I just said outloud "my clothes" and "I am close to the market" and I don't hear any difference. :-)
