INGREDIENTS:
Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Bowl
Mango Pulp(आम पल्प) - 1 Bowl
Oil(तेल) - 1/4 Bowl
White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1 Bowl/180 Gram
Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1+3/4 Tsp
Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
Milk(दूध) - As Required
For Mango Chutney/Jam:
Mango Pulp(आम पल्प) - 1/2 Bowl
Sugar(चीनी) - As Required
Mango Emulsion(मैंगो इमल्शन) - Some Drops
For Icing:
Amul Cream/Fresh Cream(अमूल क्रीम/ताजा क्रीम) - 1 Cup
Yellow Food Color(पीला खाद्य रंग) - Some Drops
Cherry(चेरी) - Some
Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - Some
Mango (आम) - 1 Piece
Fresh Coconut(ताजा नारियल) - Some
Pistachio(पिस्ता) - For Garnishing
RECIPE:
Pre-heat the pan/vessel by putting a steel ring. Cover it & turn the flame high.
Grease the Cake tin with Oil and place a Butter Paper in it.
For Mango Chutney/Jam, keep the pan on the flame & put some Mango Pulp, Sugar & Mango Imulsion. Cook till the Sugar Dissolve & then keep it aside for cooling down.
For Cake, In a mixer jar, put some Mango Pulp, Sugar & some Oil & grind well without adding water. Keep the strainer on it & put White Flour, Baking Powder & Baking Soda & sieve them all. Then add some Milk(if required) & grind again. Then transfer the ground mixture into a cake tin & tap it 3-4 times. Bake the Cake in the pre-heated pan for 40-45 mins. Then turn off the flame and take out the cake after 5 mins. You can also bake the Cake in a pre-heated Preheat oven, or microwave on convection mode. Keep both rods on and bake them at 180 degrees for 30-35 Minutes.
For Icing, take some cream & beat it with Electric Beater/Hand Whisker. Add some Yellow Food Color & put the cream in a cone.
Cut the Cake into 3 layers & spread Mango Chutney/Jam on the cake slices, apply whipped cream on the slices & cover the upper part with cream. in this same way, do the process 3-4 times. Give designs with the help of a cone & garnish it with nicely chopped Mango Fruit, Cherries, Desiccated Coconut & some Mint Leaves. Then ut it into pieces & enjoy the creamy Cake. In this way, Delicious Delicious Mango Cake will get ready.
Tip:
Use all the ingredients at room temperature.
