Red Chili - 4
Black Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Desiccated Coconut / Kopparai - 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Peanuts / Ground Nuts - 2 tbsp
Green Chilies -2
A few strands of curry leaves
Chopped Onion - 1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Tamarind Extract (use tamarind that is the size of a lemon)
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 6-8
Chopped coriander for garnish
