⏩Ingredients for the Butter Pancake:
120 gr of All Purpose Wheat Flour (1 Cup - 1 1/2 tbsp).
30 gr of Cornstarch, powdered milk or more flour (3 1/2 Tbsp).
4 gr of Baking Powder (1 1/8 tsp).
3 Eggs (150 gr of Liquids).
110 gr of unsalted butter (1 Stick + 1 Tbsp).
40 gr of neutral vegetable oil (4 Tbsp or 40 gr more of butter).
140 gr of Sugar (3/4 of Cup- 1 Tbsp) + 10 gr of vanilla sugar (1 Tbsp) or 150 gr of sugar
+ 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence (3/4 Cup).
40 gr of Milk (4 Tbsp).
1/4 tsp salt
⏩Tips and Recommendations:
1. I use the oil so that the Pancake is even more moist and stays fresh longer, but if you like you can substitute the amount of oil for butter
2. If you don't have cornstarch just use 30g of powdered milk or 30g more of flour.
