Have you ever walked the Hadrian’s Wall in the Northumberland/Cumbria yet?

I have not. Do you recommend it?

The” Hadrian’s Wall” dates back to AD122-which is roughly 2,100 years ago! The Romans had the technology to make mortar to hold those stones on that Wall together for that many years ago. Can you fathom that for one second-no, one nano-second? You owe it to yourself to walk it. If you do not, it will hunt you for the rest of your life. The “Robinhood” film was made at the Wall. Just watch its trailer online. I live about 12 minutes away from the “Corbridge Roman Town.” If you like “human history” then you owe it to yourself to come over and walk with history-if you know what I mean. I live in Corbridge and have walked the “Hadrian’s Wall” three times already. If you bring your sleeping bag, you could base yourself at my flat here in Corbridge. I shall walk with you as well once again. Just cannot get enough of this “human history” in my backyard. Do let me know if you are interested or not; if so, then I will let you have more details. Do you have an account at Skype? Stay safe. Namastè...

Why Czech Republic? How about the Banana Republic instead? All the bananas you can eat? How about that?

I came here a few times to do projects with the Tourism Office and fell in love with the country. Some excellent biking and hiking, and still relatively cheap for europe with a high quality of life.
