was a small ship builder and ocean sailing boat builder, but alas i had a stroke, I canna build but I can sail, pilot, I have been looking for a 60 foot mfv with deutz 300 500 revolutions, something I could convert and use as a long range passage maker, alas most mfv have 500 to 1500 shp and I canna afford the fuel

It looks like they used Phoenix FD plugin to create and simulate the ocean. Rendered with V-ray probably in 3dsMax. Looks very good!

If you ask questions like that, it means it's way out of your price range.

I have worked on a large factory trawler. This whole commercial is hilarious. It is still raping and pillaging the sea. All these large trawlers should be outlawed.

@@TheMatata89 Have you seen what they do to the oceans? Do you have any idea what the Chinese fishing fleets are doing all over the globe? These factory trawlers are awful to any fishing grounds they enter. They are owned by corporations and investors, they do not care about the damage they do. Don't be that guy? No, you don't be that guy, the guy who has no clue what he is talking about, or the guy who hasn't experienced anything first hand in his life and just regurgitates the nonsense that he hears. Do you know how much fish caught in U.S territorial water are sent to China and the rest of Asia? Do you know that the biggest season to make money is when they can catch fish with the females bellies full of roe? The Asians want the roe as some sort of delicacy, that roe is future fish and instead of leaving the fish alone during their time to mate and create new fish, the fleets go out and target those fish during that time. The entire philosophy makes no sense and yet greed drives the market, not common sense. You seriously have no clue what you are talking about when it comes to this subject. The fish isn't even going to make cheap food for people to eat in the countries waters it is being pulled from. Majority of it all goes to Asia, where the companies make the most of their profit. Even the salmon fisheries are selling whole salmon to the Chinese, much of which is turned and sold back to the U.S markets in fillets, you had better start to read where your fish and seafood is coming from. It might shock you. I am even disgusted by the Norwegian fish companies who run their fish farms in Canada and the U.S. Those farm raised salmon contaminating the waters with sea lice and other diseases that ruin the ecosystem for wild salmon. The entire fishing industry is beyond screwed up and only getting worse. What is going to happen when it is gone? Ask any Somali pirate why they started stealing and they will tell you it was when the fish were gone from the factory trawlers that showed up off their coast and depleted the fishing grounds. Watch almost any documentary on any country about their fish stocks and you will be shocked at how lowly fishermen are not able to catch even enough fish to feed themselves, let alone take any fish to market and get paid. The future is bleak and only getting darker with what the Chinese are doing on top of what fishermen have been doing in their own waters.
