This scooter is built really well but I think it's not really meant for long term. After riding mine for over 2,000 miles, I have encountered several issues. The biggest issues have been replacing the battery and dealing with stem wobble. Another guy on KZitem mentioned that his stem broke after about 4,000 miles. A minor issue has been having to replace brake pads/cables and eventually having to replace the tires (I have the solid model). It's a great scooter but it's cheap for a reason.

Valid points. I read online that the battery degrades pretty quickly. I'm honestly not going to ride it past 2000 miles and likely sell it before I reach that mileage. Where did you purchase a new battery from?

@@E-RiderHub directly from Varla but because of language barriers it was very difficult to communicate with them. At first they wanted somewhere around $400 for a new battery but after deliberating for days I was able to bring the price down to around $150. Varla are relatively new and don't really understand the value that money has apparently as they tend to overcharge for spare parts.
