Hi! I need help so badly. The code: Wscript.Echo doesn't print out in the string in the console, but rather in a msgbox. Why is that?

+dahay6 You need to set the default script engine to cscript. You can check here: stackoverflow.com/questions/1464403/how-to-change-cscript-exe-to-wscript-exe-execution-for-all-vbscript-files

'The if statement is unnecessary, just remove it and your script will run the way you want it. do A = MsgBox("X",5+16,"Y") loop Until A = vbCancel X = MsgBox("Z",0+16,"A")

you don't even need the if statement in your code because it will keep looping until you click cancel on the window so any other input won't do anything

Lots of people in the comments are having the same problem, type in wscript.exe //H:cscript to your console to change the default script engine
