Dear Yves, thank you for showing your audience a little part of my beautiful home country. I would only like to mention that Bulgarians are not just fans of yogurt but they are the ones that have discovered a specific bacteria that causes milk to naturally turn into yogurt. It makes it taste a bit sourer unlike other types of yogurt that you might have tried. If you ever get a chance to take a look at the ingredients list on a Bulgarian yogurt packaging, you will see that there is a thing called "lactobacillus bulgaricus", named after the country. It is a bacteria naturally found only in Bulgaria. I wish you health and longevity and many trips ahead!

The lovely restaurant, beautiful scenery by the ski resort, some very nice neighborhoods, all impressed me as not consistent with my previous image of Bulgaria! In fact, your videos have really altered my image of the entire Balkan area. I am now much more interested in the Slavic people and their history. I think that the Slavs should do much more promotion of Slavic culture, lands, and history.

Definitely agree, the Slavic people are fascinating people, it's just that the West struggles to understand how Slavic cultures work.

After traveling all around the Balkans, I must say Bulgaria has by far the best food and Serbia food is the worst. Bosnian and Slovenian food is also great.

Well as a bulgarian I cannot agree with you. I have been many times in Serbia and their grill is fantastic! Actually you could find great food in all balcan countries.

2:14 - Plovdiv est vraiment belle ville mais il y en a Veliko Tarnovo (l'ancienne capitale) et Ruse (la petite Vienne) aussi. La réaction à la bouffe était drôle.

Isn't trespassing illegal in France? ;) The padlock's purpose is not to forcibly keep you out, but to tell you you shall not enter. You have been lucky there was no dog inside left to protect the property.

Some electric have this system, but mine does not have it. It's sure it would be good to have, but in general I don't have battery life problems, so I am fine with the system I have.
