Ingredients for fasting pancakes:
- 250g wheat flour;
- 500ml mineral water (plant-based milk, plain water);
- 50ml sunflower oil;
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt;
- a pinch of turmeric, for color;
Grease the pan with a little oil, pour the mixture to cover the bottom of the pan (thickness of 2-3mm), cook over low heat for 1 minute on one side.
30 seconds on the other side. Fill with jam, preserves, chocolate, cheese, etc. and serve.
