Please don't be a label victim. what do I mean? The label "organic" is one of the most abused-for-profit labels around today. Unless you KNOW where it comes from, or it costs the same as the non-organic label, I'd avoid over-paying for the organic label. They can say that it's organic - even if it comes from the same batch as the regular stuff. Labels can lie!

May I ask why you think you can't be vegan with PCOS? A plant-based/vegan diet is the best diet for pcos, it's scientificaly proven. Also, a ketogenic diet is high in fat, and fat is known to worsen pcos symptoms. www.forksoverknives.com/i-have-pcos-what-should-i-eat/#gs.5lao30 nutritionstudies.org/cleared-pcos-kids-lost-weight-plant-based-diet/

@@ES11777 I am saying this based off of my experience on being vegan for a full year after being diagnosed with PCOS. While on my vegan journey with PCOS, I gained 30 pounds, and had no improvement in my fertility. As much as I enjoyed being on a vegan diet and the way that it made me feel on a surface level, I knew that after that time, it was not the right option for me. This is when, after being reluctant to try it, I entered my keto journey. During my continuing journey I have lost weight, maintained a regular cycle and having improved my fertility and am on my way to a physically better me. I understand that the science of it is what you're looking at, but as you may know, PCOS itself is not a perfect science, and neither are the bodies of the patients who have it. I just do what works for me, and as long as I am happy and feel good about the progress I have had the opportunity to make, that should be all that matters. Shouldn't it?

The Grocery Outlet has great products but something that made me stop shopping there is the fact that most of their foods expire within the next few months or they're expired. It might just be my Grocery outlet but make sure to always check the expiration date before you buy something. Usually the cheaper something is means that it expires the soonest.

*Here is a story. Finish the story in the replies. Also correct any grammar mistakes.* One crisp, cool, autumn morning, a young girl woke up to a beautiful Alaskan sunrise. She decided to take her daily walk early today. Surrounded with trees, was a beautiful river filled with salmon. Michelle, enjoying every step of her walk, knelt down to brush her fingers through the icy cold water. She stood back up, brushed the leaves off her cozy, soft leggings, and walked further down beside the freezing, Alaskan river. Michelle, suddenly feeling uneasy, froze where she stood. She felt as if she was being watched. She felt like she couldn't move. She was so afraid. She slowly turned her head around, looking behind her. There she saw a man in a black hoodie staring straight at her. She couldn't say a thing, she was so terrified. She couldn't move. As the man started speed walking towards her, Michelle felt an adrenaline boost and ran for her life, back to her log cabin. Michelle beat the man to her home. He was calling for her to come out. Michelle suddenly felt like she was about to throw up. She remembered she left the back door unlocked after she fed her cat... And her parents weren't home. She felt frozen once again. She glanced over by the living room couch..... And she saw his shadow behind it. She assumed the man realized she noticed him because he stood up. He said to her, "Your parents sent me to watch you". Michelle knew never to listen to that lie. She ran out the door screaming for her parents who we're taking a long walk on a path by a mountain. She ran and she ran. Strangely, she didn't hear the man's footprint's following behind her. She felt so relieved, but so tired. After 30 minutes of yelling for her parents, she came across a much needed bench. She felt safe now. She took deep breaths in and out. There was one problem... Michelle didn't know how to get home. She wandered so far down the path and there were multiple paths and the paths split and....... She was just lost. But right now that didn't matter to her. She was just glad she got away from the man. After taking a 10 minute break, she saw people down in the distance. They were very far away. She could see the outline and the outlines were the exact shape of her mother and father! She ran without looking up at them she ran into they're arms and embraced them. She hugged her parents so tight. They didn't hug back... She looked up.... and screamed! She saw the face of the man in the hoodie and the face of another man she had never seen. She screamed, she kicked, she cried out "MOTHER! FATHER! CAN YOU HEAR ME? HELP! PLEASE!" The two men told her to shut her mouth or she'd be dead. She listened. They dragged her down to their old, rusty, dirty truck. They then tied her hands, put her in the back seat, and told her to keep her mouth shut. The two men got into the front seats. They could all hear shouting from a distance. The man in the hoodie got out of his seat and checked what that noise was. It was her mother and father! They did hear her cries! The father ran almost at the speed of light it seemed. The man got back into the car, put the keys in, and started it. Michelle's father got right behind the car... The man backed out on him and drove off... The mother, still running, finally arrived to help the barely alive father. She didn't know what to do. She didn't have her phone on her. She didn't know how to save her daughter. She could barely breathe from running and from crying and from stress. There was nothing she could do... The mother heard footsteps sprinting in the distance... TO BE CONTINUED...
