Amazing! I didn’t know what to make for dinner and I was craving your ‘tuna’ after I watched it. So I made it! I used cannellini beans and I subbed the tahina for artichoke dip to use what I had on hand. It was so delicious! Next time I’ll try with the chickpeas and tahina. Finally a tuna recipe that tastes exactly like tuna, but is way healthier, tastier and cruelty free! Mazal tov!! Toda raba motek ❤️ my sister had made this several times now and we absolutely love it! Just made a batch using cannelini beans and it’s so yummy. Sending love from Australia

Drooling over hereeee🤤🤤🤤 I absolutely love the vegan version of egg salad. I was always skeptical about Tuna alternatives but this recipe looks too damn good not to try out. Will let you know how it was!

I did not like tuna salad before I was vegan but this recipe defiantly has my mouth watering and wanting to give it a try.

I love making tofu or chickpea salads and flavouring them like egg or tuna style. I’ve tried some of the canned vegan tuna before and it was ok but much oilier than I’d prefer.

Great idea to use tahini instead of mayo. I make mine similar except with mayo. Such an easy quick meal :)

I just came back here to let everyone know I made the ‘tuna’ again and this time with the same ingredients...and it’s amazing! It really does have a tuna taste and it’s so refreshing. Everyone needs to try this 🥰

I just made chickpea salad two days ago! Love that stuff. I always smash the chickpeas by hand, so thanks for the food processor tip! I've never tried egg salad. Yours looks great. I'll have to give it a go :)

Yassss I love making vegan tuna sandwiches with chickpeas :) You put a serious about of dill in yours and that made me seriously happy :) I'm a dill girl through and through :) I make a chickpea flour tofu and use that for my "egg" salad sandwiches and it's perfect!

Everything tofu is my favorite !!!!can't get enough of it. Is there anything special about black salt??

I agree about the tofu 😍 and yes! Black salt is used in many Indian and Asian cuisines as a flavour enhancer, I used it here and in other recipes because it adds an egg like flavor to the dish (The taste has been described as comparable to hard-boiled egg yolks) so it is perfect for tofu scramble or vegan egg salad ☺️

I'm yet to try veganaise, however tuna is something I occasionally still have cravings for, even after turning vegan, so this salad is such a great alternative! :D

I actually bought vegan tuna but I just can’t seem to bring myself to try it! Really not sure why! Your recipe looks great though! 😊👍🏼
