Hello friends in this video we will make a special vegetarian biryani with less ingredients ||
Biryani comes from the Persian word "Biryani" which means to fry. Traditionally biryani was made with meat and it was shallow fried in fat & then rice was added.
So technically #VegBiryani is a much younger version of its meat counterpart but nonetheless, it is equally popular & tasty. There are many recipes to make biryani depending upon which state or community it belongs to. My version is easy to cook & the results will make you happy. Bon Appetit.
Ingredients to make biryani :--------)
4-5 tsp - Oil
तड़का के लिए कस्टर्ड और सरसों के बीज
1-2 tsp - Ghee/Butter
1 bowl (500 gram) - Delhi/Biryani rice
3-4 tsp - Biryani masala
1 bowl - Green peas
1 bowl - tomato
Salt - according to taste
Red chilly powder - according to taste
Coriander (धनिया)
Spring onion (प्याज पत्ता)
