Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of olive oil

2 crushed garlic cloves
100g of leek
100g of broccoli
100g of cauliflower
100g aubergine
100g of courgettes
1 chopped tomato
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of sweet pepper (paprika)
6 eggs
Preparation:
Take a frying pan over medium heat and add three tablespoons of olive oil, a chopped onion and two crushed garlic cloves, let it sauté a little and add 100g of leek (the white part), 50g of chopped peppers, 100g of broccoli, 100g of broccoli, 100g of cauliflower, 100g of eggplant, 100g of courgettes and 100g of asparagus, season with salt, black pepper to taste, 1 spoon (soup) of sweet pepper (paprika) mix well and let it cook for 10 minutes.
