Today I am going to make vegetarian dumplings. Compared with the cabbage dumplings, kids prefer to eat bok choy dumplings flavor!
Vegetarian dumpling ingredients
Ingredients: 400g of bok choy, 50g of glass noodles, 3 eggs, 150g of dried spiced tofu, 20g of dried mushroom, 600g of dumpling wrapper
Seasoning: 30cc of soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil
