40 big dried chilies(Moderately hot), 12 small dried chilies(very hot), 600g cabbage chunks, 600g tomato chunks, 200g palm sugar, 50g chopped ginger, 33g tamarind pulp with 5 tbsp hot water added, 1 tbsp buah kulim powder , 20g vegetarian blacan, 3tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 1tsp salt,
2tsp mushroom powder, 2 pandan leaves tie knots at center, 2 smashed lemon grass.
