Hello everyone, I haven't been active for a while so I decided to post something from my backlog today, it isn't my best work as it is pretty old but I really like the result anyway.
I attended a masterclass by Anomalie last week and took a look back at this arrangement I did a few months back of one of his songs. I took a look back because I asked him a question about how he chooses instrumentation and his insight was really great!
I thought it might be interesting to share it here :) let me know what you think about it!
Also, my computer couldn't render the multiple instances of the same plugin I used in FL Studio (probably because of processing speed limitations it's the Spitfire BBC symphonic Orchestra plugin by the way) and the solution to extract the audio isn't perfect.(It's also why the end of the video is weird lol, I couldn't let the reverb shine through)
GO CHECK OUT ANOMALIE HE IS ON TOUR NOW AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS MASTERCLASS TO ANYONE!

Between the finals that spanned through May and it being the final week of lessons before my students' end-of-year recital, I didn't have much time to record let alone practice anything. To be frank I don't know when I'll be able to put out more content. I'm also considering rebranding this whole channel soon.
I think I need to have a stronger brand image for my music and better content (production value-wise). It will take time, money, and a ton of motivation to improve all of which I don't have at the moment. I also want to plan out releases and videos months in advance which needs a ton of preparation. But realistically I can't continue to pursue 5 to 8 college classes a semester, youth orchestra, and up to 20 students a week while having a regular upload schedule on youtube and social media.
I did that relatively successfully for almost two years and yeah burning out at 19 is stupid and dumb. Also, I'll have my first real internship in biology this summer which will entail you guessed it more work. I still have a lot to share with everyone but I can't continue working at a considerable loss without considering better ways to prepare, brand, and share my music for it to have more success and less stress on me. I am truly grateful for the positive response, feedback, and encouragement yall gave me from my last song! I also might want to try other artistic endeavors, who knows what's next.
I know most of you who follow my work know me personally so I want to send yall much love and appreciation for the support And until next time (and a full rebrand) I wish you health and more than wealth, I wish yall love ;)
I give music lessons too if you're interested:
