Hey guys! These cookies are so cute and fluffy looking. They're very easy to make too. These cookies go very well with tea. Hope you guys will try this out!
Recipe
Matcha cookies
75g butter (softened at room temperature)
25g powdered sugar
70g cake flour
15g bread flour
10g milk powder
25g almond flour
3g matcha powder
Matcha coating
20g milk powder
15g powdered sugar
5g matcha
Kinako roasted soy bean flour cookies
75g butter (softened at room temperature)
25g powdered sugar
70g cake flour
15g bread flour
10g milk powder
25g almond flour
5g kinako powder
Kinako coating
20g milk powder
10g powdered sugar
10g kinako (roasted soy bean flour)
Mix together butter and powdered sugar until incorporated
Sift in cake flour, bread flour, milk powder, almond flour, and matcha powder
Mix together till it forms a ball
Roll out dough in between 2 parchment paper into a rectangle about 0.5cm thick. Shape the edges so that it's relatively straight
Freeze dough for 20 minutes
Cut the edges of the dough so that it's straight, then cut into rectangular strips. Cut out small triangles. (The edges can be bunched up and flattened, then cut into small triangles.)
Place cookies onto a lined baking pan then bake at 160C (320F) for 15 minutes
Mix together ingredients for the coating in a bag or a bowl
Let baked cookies cool a bit then coat while cookies are still warm (cookies are fragile when warm so be gentle)

75g 黄油
25g 糖粉

5g 熟黄豆粉
黄豆裹粉
20g 奶粉
10g 糖粉
10g 熟黄豆粉
室温软化的黄油和糖粉一起混合均匀
筛入低筋面粉,高筋面粉,奶粉,杏仁粉,和抹茶粉 混合均匀成团
面团在两张烘培纸之间擀平成长方形, 大概0.5cm 厚
整理一下边缘形状后冷冻20分钟
面团切成直角的长方形,切成长方形的长条再切成小三角形
把切好的饼干放上铺了烘培纸的烤盘上
160C(320F) 烤15分钟
把裹粉的材料倒入袋子里混合均匀
饼干烤完后稍微晾凉,还温热的时候裹上粉 (饼干热的时候易碎,要小心哦)
