Making an authentic Mexican birria seemed daunting to me for awhile, but today we're doing it. And while birria tacos have become pretty common (and delicious!), I wanted to try making a massive burrito with my birria. Also, we're using a beautiful venison sirloin roast for this, rather than beef or goat, to create a truly unique and flavor-packed recipe experience.
