Sir, in my childhood my used to do this type of Rava idly n I'm very fond of this.But, I didn't preserve any recipe of this from my mother, Now I'm of 70yrs., but, recently got this recipe immediately prepared at home. All at home enjoyed this very well, saying very nice n tasty.Cing the receipe,my daughter_ in laws feel it very easy n nice. Omg!! Hats off to you chef!!!! Really you are an inspiration to me, I have tried rava idly (n ) no of times but it was like a stone at end . This time even I’m stunned by this method of preparation. I live in Mexico and I feels like I’m dining in an Indian restaurant now . Namaste Bhat Sir.. I made Rava idli again today with little cooking soda just less than qtr teaspoon. It came excellently . Just like hotel woodlands. Thank you sooo much. This is my long years wish to make rava idli like woodlands hotel. Other types of recipes would be like rava uppuma baked. But your guide for Rava idli is really worked out very well 🙏

Sir ur Rava idly makes me to remember MTR rava idli which we relished during our collage days in1970sSmall calorie ghee ,coffee in silver tumbler. Ur idli and kurma is different and yummy have gone down .R u exercise ing?
