Growing up, Stella suffered from high myopia and it played a contributing factor in her developing cataracts at only 40 years old. When she saw Vera's myopia beginning to progress in the same way, she knew she had to take action.
Before wearing MiSight®, Vera was experiencing some of the classic signs of myopia. She couldn't see the board in school, while playing video games or watching TV, and it was becoming a really big problem for her. Given the family's history of severe myopia her eye doctor recommended early intervention with MiSight® 1 day soft contact lenses, the FIRST and ONLY FDA approved* soft contact lenses designed to slow the progression of myopia in children aged 8-12 at the initiation of treatment.¹𝄒†
Vera has been wearing MiSight® 1 day for about 2 and half years. Prior to starting treatment her prescription had doubled in a short amount of time. Since starting MiSight® 1 day her vision had progressed only a tiny amount, with some appointments seeing no change in Vera's prescription at all.
As kids grow bigger and bigger, their prescription can get stronger and stronger. But it doesn’t have too. Schedule an eye health exam with a MiSight® certified Eye Care Provider today. misight.com/ec...
