I don't know if you know this, but it actually has a purpose. A Conductor's arms are waving both to maintain tempo, and to signal rises and falls in intensity and volume (which is why their seemingly random movements always draw the same outcomes from their orchesetra and choir.) They often sing along the lyrics to assist the Choir in remembering to properly enunciate, as there's a specific technique in the mouth movement to project your voice clearly and pronounce the words properly.

Es un texto litúrgico de la Iglesia que tiene más de 1200 años, es quizá de antes del inicio del Feudalismo. Quizá entre los años 400 o 600. Actualmente está en desuso en las misas de difuntos pero no está prohibido usarlo.
