No sir!!! I appreciate the tutorial, but without that entire trigger being covered, that dangerous to me. Concealment and comfort is what we all aim for, but not at the cost of safety - in my opinion.

I've had a conversation with VersaCarry about a safety question. I noticed that when reholstering, the side of the trigger is exposed and slides down over your body. They said the correct way to reholster was to remove the holster and the put it back on your belt. That still slides the trigger over your body/shirt. A flap on the other side is needed, but that's just me.

Not for me. If you carry with one in chamber and have a high adrenaline self defense situation, I think drawing with the exposed trigger is a problem. Also, re holstering could end poorly.

I have several of these for both small as well as full sized guns. The trick I found to work best is to put the gun on/in the holster and leave it there for several days. (5-7 in my case) That seems to form the plastic piece to the barrel of the gun. I am with the OP, for inexpensive great little holsters, these a wonderful.

If the trigger guard wrapped to cover both sides or a second insert id buy this in a heartbeat. Either side exposed especially on certain designs would freak me out, never know when a buckle, something poking into clothing to snag, sitting and catching the seatbelt buckle, or an odd scratch/kid grabbing your leg is gonna happen and either opening just alarms me.

These holsters are for the appendix carry. I do believe it says it on the package. and also you take it off to reholster the gun and empty chamber as well.

That thing is so dangerous it should be illegal. Good grief. If it doesn’t encase the trigger it’s an accident waiting to happen. Wouldn’t use it if were free.

Overall safety and getting it back in the holster while still still attached to your belt with any kind of ease are my concerns. Also I’m kind of neurotic when it comes to foreign objects like shavings getting into the inner workings of my firearms. I like the idea but definitely needs tweeking

Hey Mr Josh bane,, how has this held up with your 380. Is it still a solid buy in your opinion,, or has something better on the market your go-to as of late? I'm gonna grab that 380 soon... I know the vid is a bit old, so I was wondering if you've found something better; also, if this thing has held up after wear and tear. I trust your opinion so I hope you can hit me back up... If someone else has an opinion from the comments,, I'm down to hear what you have to say also.. Right arm!!

Joshua Bane I wasn't trying to put down the video. Everyone is different and have different preferences. It definitely has a minimalistic design and would be good for deep concealment. My only concern is having a round in the chamber and trigger point not covered if there is a situation where you need it right away and intensity is at a high there could be a chance of a dangerous situation.
