you have done an amazing job with strengthening your body over time, as you know being patience with yourself over time and having the drive and determination to push your mind and body to this point, Great job Meggie, as always Keep on pushing.

What an amazing story. I cannot believe all that you have overcome. You are the greatest with your exercise. Thank you for sharing this so people who are feeling like the "can't" will see that they "can". Love your advice to adapt the exercise to what your specific body can do.

Happy Birthday Meggie!.. thanks for sharing this info. So proud of your new found abilities and work. You have done so great with your exercise, and asking the teacher is great!.. I also do the toning classes... and bootcamp with adaptations. ( I also don't do any jumping.. and watch the feet and knee issues) Love ya!.. I may change gyms so I can have access to a pool.

Happy Happy Birthday my sweet friend and you Enjoy your day!!...Wow such a strong lady you are that Chronic pain I can relate too just a little because of my knee I suffer daily with pain but never to the level as you my friend thank you so much for always wanting to share with us!!...I so love the water but don't have the means but I do move move my butt...lol!! again thanks for sharing...love ya bunches...love rosemary

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEAUTIFUL MEGGIE!! Thank you for the video, most of my back pain has gone with the weight loss, but here lately it is trying to come back. That's a downer, but you are such a good example!
