Guys look closely, its not the same actor!! 80s human playing "eddy murphy" and 90s "eddy murphy" arent the same. Compare his face (different head, skin tone, ears, mouth, teeth, eyes) FFS, laughs, maneurisms, reactions, jokes. He is completely different. Thats what happens when they want out. They are replaced .Thats what hollywood is about to those who gave up their soul for fame and money. Etc. I hope Eddie Murphy knows how much joy he brought to many of us growing up with his movies. Coming to America, bervely hills cop 1 and 2, life, tower heist, vhatlem nights, vampire in Brooklyn, nutty professor, shrek, the golden child., dolemite, trading place, the dhl skits, I d say 48hrs 1 and 2. Raw and delirious. Thanks Eddie! I wish he got his Oscar for dream girl. And then your brother Charlie. I hope he s aware of that and that he knows his legacy is cemented.

Yes, I completely cracked up laughing, slamming my hand on my desk, out of control. Never laughed like that in a long time. And I had seen this scene a few times many years ago. Had just forgot how insanely funny it was. And I bet it was an on-the-spot improvisation by Eddie too. Totally unscripted.

You know what man, I don't give a shit what Eddie does as it pertains to his private life, this dude is a phenomenally gifted actor, comedian and not too bad a singer. It may be some time before we see talent like this again.

This is random but go watch the outtakes from the movie Life, then watch the outtakes from any so-called "comedy" movie from the last few years. It really shows that humor and comedy are now apparently dead.
