250 g butter softened
2 eggs (one is left to spread on the yolk)
1 cup of powdered sugar
1.5 cups semolina
2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
A little lemon zest
1 packet of baking powder (10 gr)
1 packet of vanilla (5 gr)
3 cups of flour (add little by little. May vary depending on the brand of flour. Takes 3.5 cups too)
For his sorbet;
4 cups sugar
4 cups water are boiled together for 5 minutes
Then add lemon juice and boil for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. It is left to cool.
We take it out of the oven and pour the syrup that we have prepared and cooled beforehand.
