Please tell how to use debt (loans) effectively, there are too many videos already telling about negative aspects of it, thanks

Take a loan if and only if you need it to buy an asset. And, by asset I mean something that generates wealth. A home loan is a yes. Avoid a car loan, if possible. A credit card debt... Strict no. Taking a loan to invest in stock market... Hell no. Loans give us leverage. And leverage works both ways. That is, it can be used to create wealth or destroy wealth. Taking a loan to purchase a cheap flat... Hell yes. Taking a loan to fund your Gucci bag... Hell no. Taking a loan to start that small profitable business... Yes. Taking a loan to invest it on a multibagger tip... God save you. A loan is a financial lever. How you use that lever makes all the difference in the world. And always remember, the best loan is no loan at all... Or better still, a loan where you are the lender.

"She thought that minimum amount was the value to be paid and not the total amount", please give me a break, she didn't have money so paid the min amount, then has to appear innocent in front of father so hence the question of "I should pay min amount only na"

Both could be true. She doesn't have the money and she wasn't aware of this trap of min amount to be paid. Even I wasn't aware of this until couple of months ago

Pardon my ignorance but this seems more of a relationship and emotional dysregulation vs financial root cause although finances may be the victim. Why would someone suddenly feel need for alcohol, an expensive habit, coming from family with supportive nuturing parents.
