@@annieonymouse4467 ash the mc dlt where the hot food stays hot and the cold food stays cool. God mcd do a retro sandwich year. Bring back old time favs. They have reduced the menu sho much since covid 19. No salads, snack wraps, grilled chicken, mcd always had to compete with every other food estab. I do know the mccafe is profitable, but expensive, dirty machines, and alotta bad ingredients on those drinks. Everything had changed from the way eggs and hotcakes are microwaved to not using beef fat to cook the fries, small burgers, higher prices, those nasty Roma tomatoes. The days of a big beefsteak tomato from a local farm are gone. Nothing real about the shakes. Don't even use ice cream on the menu. I saw how nuggets are made on internet. If u like em don't watch videos. Even come isn't made the same way it was 20 years ago. They don't use the best juice in it. We live in Pittsburgh pa, capital of heinz ketchup. Mcd changed to hunts a few years ago. That changed the taste. Iiss the chicken fajitad, the campbell's soup in winter, the fried pies. They won't make cherry pies because of food cost on cherry's. It would be all cherry jell. Even the baked apple pies have changed the way they taste. No strawberry sundaes. Flurries suck. Our BK is so dirty, ghetto. The cooks batch cook the burgers and wouldn't think twice about serving burgers that have sat in the waimg cabinet for an hour or longer. Hard time finding ppl to work. It's a shame I felt sory for the poor girl with an amputated arm working the front. Toothless employees who look like they rolled out of bed not coming hair and putting on old dirty wrinkled uniforms. Absolutely no standards at my BK. I will makey grilled burger ony propane grill and makey own whopper. Even the onion rings are not real. Filled withinced onions. trha2222 In support of y our point, the VCR was first introduced in 1972, but there were home tv recording devices as early as 1963, but it was for PAL (UK format TV) only, and adjusting for inflation, it would hve run over a thousand dollars to buy in today's currency. In 1965, Sony had released their CV-2000, which recorded television signals onto a half-inch reel-to-reel magnetic tape. The first dedicated cartridge (casette) tape recorder that I'm aware of was the Super-8 in 1966. In the 70s, Sony released the U-Matic, which was essentially a cassette version of their CV-2000 in 1969. Then in 1975 Sony released the Beta Max system... And this is only the tip of the iceberg. There were something like a dozen competing systems back then. The format wars started before VCR and Beta Max, and they involved far more formats than those two. VCR merely emerged the victor, with Beta Max being a close second.
@cardmagicsupreme316
8 жыл бұрын
It couldn't have been a VCR as vcrs weren't invented until 1976 and Jaws was made in 1975. However it probably was a Betamax (1975).

Just to clarify for everyone... BetaMax (or just "Beta" for short) *is* a "VCR" (Video Cassette Recorder). What people are meaning to distinguish are BetaMax vs *VHS* formats.

Its like winning a prize when you open your bag. Then you have those idiots who get extras and are mad about it. Even today I find people who do the same as I did in fast food. Diamondeye Diamondeye I love how cavalier you are about this. So, you decided it was ok to bite into the profit of the company who sent you a pay check every couple weeks...for what reason? Then of course, there is your contempt for your manager. Not only did he/she either hire you or have a decision in the matter, but you then put that person's job on the line for the amount of loss you created your store. If nothing else, the manager gets bonuses for keeping the numbers in line. You, though, thought it cool to give out extra meat to strangers for a feeling of superiority. I have no doubt that whatever you are doing now, you have taken those 'skills' into your current work place and family life. May God have mercy on your pitiful soul.

Craig Levorsen Stranger you just judge my entire life off one measly comment and dare to bring God in the picture not knowing I'm one of his servants. Your words are upon your head now for your unjustly judgment. I assure you there is nothing pitiful about me, but only your insult. No man can tame his tongue so I have already forgiven you. Now take a look in the mirror and ask yourself are you sin free. The answer is no, sin is until death. You say I gave extra patties away for a feeling of superiority but if you would of read the comment carefully you would of seen that I gave extra food away not for my cause but for the customers. As I stated its like winning a prize. If you knew the man of power I am now you wouldn't even have made such a pathetic comment. Let me guess you work for Mc Ducks Corporate office right that's why you care so much. Get it together guy you don't know what you speak. You're excused.
