Seems to me this would be interesting to use as an "underpainting" for an oil paint monoprint! It's certainly a creative use for charcoal debris. Thanks for the share on this!

@@DanTirels thank you !! I've obtained some results, but most important, I really enjoyed the process !!!! Even my cat 🐈 helped me !!! We've made such a mess on my working table, but it really was worth. Even though I still find charcoal traces and spots everywhere... I'll definitely will keep on exploring this method! All the best from Belgium ❤️

Hi Dan! Thank you for keeping a promise and to share creative exercise ! I will try them! I am still working on releasing imagination from the chapters 1 and 2 (lines and balance of dark and light). It seems the lines are easier for me at the moment. My imagination is tend to lead me to nudes and portraits ;) even when you do yours, I see nudes and portraits ;)!!! I bought Compostions by D Friend as well. It is not going easy. To find a structure and dominating shape does not come naturally. May be I leave it for a moment and will concentrate on “creative painting”. What would you recommend ? Thank you again for sharing!
