You can stuff them with the ingredients you prefer, to have a different sandwich every time, perfect for school but also for the lunch break in the office.
If you make small oil rolls, like mine, they are also excellent for party buffets.

650 g of 00 flour
20 g of seed oil
380 ml of water
50 ml of extra virgin olive oil

12 g salt

1 teaspoon honey

Method
dissolve the yeast, sugar and honey in the water
add the flour and start kneading at speed 1
once the flour has incorporated the water, add the oil flush first one and then the other
increase the speed of the mixer to 2 and add the salt
in all knead for 10-12 minutes
transfer the dough to the pastry board a little greased with oil, I use the spray remover
knead 2 minutes with your hands and form a ball
put in a large bowl greased with oil or peeling agent and let rise in the oven off with the light on for about 2 hours
portion the dough, for large sandwiches each sandwich must weigh 100 g, form a ball and then crush and roll the dough on itself and form a narrow and long sandwich (see video recipe)
the buffet sandwiches must weigh 30 g, form small balls and place on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper,
cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise for another 30 minutes
put a finger of oil and a finger of water in a glass and beat vigorously until an emulsion is formed
brush the emulsion on the rolls and sprinkle them with sesame seeds (you can also not put them or use other seeds)
Oven cooking
Bake in the preheated static oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes for the buffets, for 30-35 minutes for the large ones.
