Ingredients for a 22cm diameter cake tin:
150g of butter at room temperature
40g of seed oil
200g of icing sugar
200g of eggs (3 whole eggs 150g) (3 yolks 50g)
100g of 00 flour
100g of potato starch
5g of baking powder
untreated lemon peel
a pinch of salt
seeds of a vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Cooking in a preheated and static oven at 175° for 45/50 minutes
