I am a retired Senior Police Constable. I served in the Malta Police Force for 22 years. I am ashamed of what the Police Forces have become in Wéstern Europe......during my service we were proud to Protect and Serve the community and not being the "yes men" of the goverment. @@markcharleson814 think you need to read the rules around wearing army uniform my friend when no longer in army. You cannot just wear the uniform when you want if you aren’t a serving soldier. It can only be worn for ceremonial purposes: parades, events etc. Not standing preventing bailiffs and police working, to wear the uniform is to represent the crown, which you cannot do unless you are a serving solider.

Police are supposed to support the bailiff if the bailiff has a court order in place for possession of goods so that the debt can be settled! This gentleman in uniform is actually encouraging law breaking! Terrible! If you owe money and can’t pay the debt, it will be passed to debt recovery!

well, no, the police stated a number of times they were there to check the occupants welfare, not to assist the bailiff... the police only support court appointed bailiffs/shgeriff- which would generally come with a warrant

@bob-ce5bn It's a crime in the UK for a civilian to wear the uniform of the armed forces without authorisation (uniform act 1894). He'd be a bit daft to confront the police like this whilst wearing a bogus uniform 🤷 Edit: After a little more research, it seems I missed a key word out of my statement above which does change things 🤔 "CURRENT" is the word I missed from the Unifiom Act. You can't wear a current military uniform unless a member of said service or have authoritarian from the powers that be. Nothing stops anyone wearing obsolete uniforms, foreign uniforms, or any item that may resemble a military uniform.

It is more to do with implying you are military personnel and putting the service in disrepute by doing something illegal while wearing it for instance. His soldier 95 dpm gear is from the 90s. The army don't wear that as uniform anymore.

Those are not bailiffs in the clip... they are the police😂 two completely different things you dope. As an individual, if you have bailiffs arriving at ur property, you have unpaid fines you are owed. As such, bailiffs have the authority and power to enter your home to collect said fines which you have not paid. Also, the police clearly state they are here for welfare...

I am 44 & remember wanting to be a soldier when I was a little boy. Being like this guy, was the reason. I remember when we were proud of our military & the code of conduct, they went by.
