This is sabudana kozukattai, I have tried it, it will be yummy. Adding coconut milk is giving more rich to the recipe. You can even add jaggery or brown sugar to coconut for healthy version

I'll teach my country sago pudding recipe. Take 2 cup of sagoo. Wash and soak for 20mins. Boil water in a big pot. Wash the sago and don't break the sagoo and put in the boiling water. Cook the sagoo till it transparent. Once cook wash off the starch under running water. Put in a pan and chill it. Now cook brown sugar till a bit thick. Than cook thick coconut milk and add a bit of corn starch and pinch of salt. Keep the coconut milk in the fridge. Now you can serve the sagoo in a small bowl. Pour a bit of brown sugar and a bit of coconut milk. Eat while it is cold. Try it out. One of Malaysia famous dessert.
