Wow. Super impressed. Came from a comment about this master.

VK is the most senior of all students of GGM IP Man alive today and teaching if anyone is a GM it would be him. He taught me and finally I left and went my own way. I have met many masters from the IP Man lineage and he is definitely qualified to have that title as today many use the master title .Sam Kwok saw the opportunity to upgrade himself with IP Man's sons.

A master does not like having to be filmed, but he is doing this to spread the art.

Yes. The pivot with pak sau was the way my Sifu taught me. I forget it sometimes but my pak sau still feels quite forceful. Thanks for the reminder 👍🏻

Kan was wrong, Samuel Kwok studied predominately under Yip Jing and for many years, He might have associated with Lee Sing briefly and/or in passing. Also , Lee Sing was a student of Yip Man and not of Lok Yiu. Get your story straight please self proclaimed "great grand master" Kan. Also curious about where you got that nickname as " King of chi sau". And this Frenchman is not getting any better than what he had leung Ting with your teaching.

I don"t have to defend VK he is long in the tooth for small talk. But while I am here I will reply to you. No one is perfect not even VK yes. Sam Qwok I have touch hands with him and his main teacher IP Chun and his next teacher IP Jing. Lets just say they are not my match..And I was a student of VK.

Derek did not learn the dummy form from Victor as you well know - that is why his version is totally different.

Yes he learnt a few sections from Victor I recall and remember him pealing his skin of his forearm. His version of the dummy form later was different.

What a load of rubbish. You got to move and they both stand still with their concrete boots on. So this is the GM Victor Kan then?
@pascodavid

Fergus Lee I like replying to people like you as Victor would not reply to such rubbish. You don't understand what he is teaching..the lesson. I have no interest in defended him from your comment but you show discrespect were credit is due for his genuine VT skill and knowledge.

In that case I would love to see him do the dummy form as i cannot see any footwork at all.

I would love to see it too. He taught me the Jong set privately I only glimpsed a few times when he ran through some moves..while teaching me. I compared it to mine once at the time just by hearing the sound him go through one whole section. Impressive control and timing!! As the Jong was in covered room.

why is there no footwork? The idea is that you should move around the dummy as if its an opponent. The dummy helps ensure that you have the correct angles on your blocks and strikes.
@pascodavid

Fergus Lee You can move around your opponent if you have to but the dummy doesn't move so you move around but you should use the most direct and efficient path and go direct to an opponent.
