It's not a household it's a zoo. Humans are more animals than animals are. I mean the "father" responds to situations by screaming? Suurre that's all he does. He has no problems abusing the animals = he abuses the wife / children. The wife, during the chat when Victoria says she'd have this deadbeat trash & loser arrested on the spot if she saw him abusing the dogs, looks as if she's trying not to laugh, smile or even cry. And as you said the kids flinch so mama likely takes her frustrations out on them by default. She can't the husband without getting beat herself. And on top of that the kids are as more poorly "trained" - screaming, teasing, etc. - than the dog. The parents are incapable of keeping either pets or children.

@@tallulahc250 the kids are just mimicking what they see their dad doing. they can be taught better. the dad, probably not so much, if he behaves that way with dogs i wouldn't trust him to behave well around kids either.

@@katrinschirmer8018 exactly!!! the kids are still young enough to have their behavior fixed by a professional child therapist. The dad seems like the type who would say he doesn’t need therapy bc he doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with him. HE IS THE PROBLEM. THROW THE DAD AWAY!!

I love how the dad acknowledges "I have a lot of stress" and how it seems he's making the connection between his stress and the way he lashes out unreasonably. Acceptance is the first step to recovery in any part of life.

Victoria hasn’t just saved the dogs, she’s probably saved those kids from a lifetime of psychological issues and violence EMBEDDED in their psyche. It’s incredible what patience, understanding and discipline can do ❤️

I think Pete's a narcissist and we all know what happens when those people have kids or animals edit: coming back to watch this 7 months later I still think Pete is an absolute pos and I wish the wife woulde divorce him bc he's not worth it. Not at all. It's a dog show but it's literally more about seeing what not to do to mess up your dog mentally and emotionally. Oh this makes me very mad.

My parents are a lot like this. Whenever their angry or frustrated they take it out on me by finding the tiniest thing that bothers them and screaming at me about it. I can’t any criticism from them because I honestly don’t care, their so dramatic about everything that I can’t care less what they think. I wish they knew just how much pain they cause me but I’ve tried to tell them and they never listen, just blame it on me, so I just have to go along and apologize and pretend like there’s nothing wrong with it
