Excellent "How to" and just as importantly "Why" instructional videos out here on the Hanna Alkalinity Checker. Everything you need to know and no filler. Thanks!

This is a life saver makes it so easy to check I've used so many test kits and always was frustrated with reading the results. the Hanna checker is so accurate I have sent in water samples matched up.

What I REALLY love when I use my HANNA test when you go fro C1 to C2 you push the button and instead of reading the sample it TURNS THE UNIT OFF, I love when that happens. Thank You Hanna for putting a off button when the unit will turn its self off anyway, One that feature.

although it's great to see up to date instructional clips, could you maybe do some that are just the steps of the test without all the dialog? I just wanted to do the test...not go through every detail of this, that, and the other between each step, and all the details of the checker....as i already own it and just want to use it :) thanks :)

Ok so we have to bring up the plunger above the 1.0 ml mark?

That's right. You want the last stopper of the plunger to go to the last hash line on the syringe.

Mine seems to be off! I am getting higher readings then I should from my salt water mix. Can It become uncalibrated? I made the mistake or using one big box with a handle to store all my kits in. I always rinse but might be some fine particles stuck of phosphate regent powder. Also maybe stained a tiny but. I dont really see it though. Can I rinse with bleach and rinse a lot of times after. Also my 10 ml syringes come up past the marker line of 10 mls on your bottle. Not sure which to go by.

When checking DKH in the effluent drip of a calcium reactor reefers are looking for 25 to 30 DKH , but the Hanna checker max reading is 20 DKH , I am assuming one would need to dilute the sample , so i was hoping you could touch base on this or add any recommendations to test effluent in calcium reactor.

Yes! Thanks Kevin! Please keep these coming! Also, I tried ordering a replacement case directly from Hanna for my alk tester a while back because mine cracked, but was told Hanna doesn't sell just the individual cases. Is this still true?

El kit y la precisión es muy buena pero echo en falta instrucciones en español y explicar mejor con graficos el llenado de la jeringuilla de reactivo pues provoca dudas de hasta donde hay que llenarla. Por lo demás todo bien, Un saludo!!

if you ever do an explanatory video, please avoid mumbling and talk without slang. then someone who does not speak english will understand it. in this case, hanna is for the garbage can
