Thank god on the auto start stop! Aged vehicles with that feature are not holding so good today. I was skeptical on being able to turn it off completely

Great video. Beautiful truck you have. I picked up the 2023 SLT version. Wishing I got the Denali. Just missing the surround vision, and parking sensors. Trying to find an option to add a camera on the front for parking. No luck yet. Any ideas?

I forgot to discuss the DFM function when I was discussing the new exhaust. The DFM activation is very audible with the Borla exhaust and not in a good way. There are currently no aftermarket options that I've found that allow you to disable or deactivate DFM on the 2022 refresh and later models. What others have recommended is referred to as the L9 hack. If you put the transmission in "L" or manual shift mode and then select gear 9 using the paddle shifter, DFM will not activate unless you exceed about 75 miles/hour forcing the truck to go into 10th gear (overdrive). For normal driving in town, the L9 trick works perfectly. I haven't gotten the truck on the highway with the new exhaust yet, but expect that leaving it in the normal "D" drive mode will be just fine as the DFM will not be rapidly cycling through the 17 different patterns that it can use and will likely settle in on one and won't be that audible cruising on the highway. Nice! I just drove one. Is that Summit White?

Yes it is. I wanted the Frost White, but this one was available without having to wait, so I jumped on it. I think now that I've seen more of the Frost White, I actually prefer the crispness of the Summitt White more.

Where did you get the white wheel well, and the rubber antenna

Nice video.. I agree with you about the black trim around the wheel well it really takes the color from the truck. How much did it cost to change it to the same color of your truck?

Thanks! The body-color flares from GM are $750, but I got them with a 20% discount that GM offers on accessories a couple of times/year. They are very easy to install, so no need to pay the dealership to do it. I did all four of them in about 30 minutes with no tools required. They are just attached with clips that pop into holes in the lip of the fenders. The new flares come with new clips, so no need to fear breaking them as you remove the black flares. Just go slow and you won't have any problems removing the old ones. The new ones simply pop on with slight pressure.

How do like the seats? Are they comfortable?

I'm an average size guy at 5'9" and 180lbs. and find them firm, but comfortable. I've done two long trips now and drove for 11 hours straight without getting a sore backside.

Put into tow mode

Yep. Tow mode is easy, and I tried it. There were some times that I could still hear DFM, so it wasn't a 100% solution. I just hope someone comes up with an easy bypass that doesn't require a custom tune and sending the computer in to be unlocked, etc.
