Just with Super it took German dubs a while to catch up, but at that time, I wasn't even watching any tv at all anymore, because you could see everything on the internet. I've watched the original Japanese premiere with English subs AND the English dub before I watched the German dub that time. So, I haven't seen EVERY Super episode in German quite yet. But again: Does that matter? I'm not trying to attack you, but I also don't wanna feel that I'm attacked. And I'm sure you weren't trying to. It’s so cringe how she thinks “it appeals to male fantasies” is some profound statement about sexism which isn’t AT ALL. She’s basically saying “men who fantasize about things and putting them in fiction is problematic”. Did she not double check on what she’s essentially saying??? She’s likely using this criticism purely because she’s a woman and feels like she doesn’t “belong” in gaming circles or certain video games. I’m a girl and I don’t give a fuck about what demographic games appeal to. I’ll play whatever I’m interested in.

I am male and rpgs are my favorite Genre of game due to character customization and Immersion. And it is bull shit to say they only appeal to the male fantasy when there are games when there are so many games that let you play as both gender and build not only their skills but even their personality to your own image. Hell I have had badass characters of both genders across many different games. This woman is clearly a very close minded individual with an incredible lack of imagination. She just doesn’t know how to have fun.

Tbh even as a female, I love playing games or even watching gameplays sometimes....first of all if her argument is that there are exaggerated female characters then its true even for the male characters......a lot of them look hot af. Those things aside.....it appeals to evryone's fantasy. I love being able to walk through an open world to which I have no real life access or live in an era of the past or future. Games are fantasy just like novels and any other form of entertainment.

No, it was not really about appearance (but I agree that most are hot as F, regardless of gender, race, or species). She was playing GTA5 and had problem with str*p club scene. And general that the "Games are violent" and mostly caretake to male audience. And in the same video not her, but another one had s*x with pro**itute and than killed said worker and said that it is F-up to do something like that, as if it was not her who though of doing it. And to be correct, they were given instruction by Buzzfeed to play these scenes and didn't have opportunity to really understand what you can do in GTA5. But still, her automatically hating video games, because they caretake to "mostly Male audience" is incorrect because of the small sample of data she made that statement from. PS. I really want to know which part of my "male fantasy" does my favorite game, Tetris, caretake to. But I know which part of my human nature does this game caretake to.
