½ cup of water
1/3 cup of sugar
1/3 cup fish sauce
1-2 Tbsp of chili sauce
3-4 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice (1-2 limes)
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
1 Tbsp of Thinly shredded carrots
1 Tbsp of Thinly shredded jalapenos
Steps:
Mix everything together. It can be stored in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
