I'm not a carcinologist, but comparing pics of different species, this looks more like a Brown crab than a Dungeness or Rock crab. The Dungeness crab doesn't have dark tips on the claws, and the Rock crab has stubbier grasping claws and a more pointed fringe around the edge of the body shell. Still looks tasty.

I’m going to put a comment down for all of the people arguing as to what these are. No, these are not Dungeness Crabs (Metacarcinus magister), these aren’t red rock crabs (Cancer productus) either. These are called “Edible” or “Brown” crabs (Cancer pagurus), they are a species native to the Northeast Atlantic which are sometimes exported abroad. They’ve come a long way to get to Vietnam.

Ways to leave bad habits: ترك العادات Smoking, masturbation, drugs, Irritability...whatever; Stay the way you are, just put in Your heart sincere intention wants to leave her; And used; 1. Continuous daily charity, even if it is small, with intention the solution . 2. Repeated supplication, in any case, you are a passenger You work while sitting, especially in Your prostration, Lord, heal me Lord, guide me Oh Lord, take her away from me...and so on 3. Asking for forgiveness a lot. 4. Al-Ruqyah... Surah Al-Fatihah and wipe And on the water and drink...repeat Ruqyah is not surprising, because bad habits You are not from the Most Gracious, they are all harmful and harmful. The answer will come to you practically from God, and you will leave it Without knowing the reason.
