Interprétation plus rapide que celle de Perlman je préfère, très bonne violoniste, bonne sonorité de violon, âme féminine qui convient très bien pour ce concerto, beau lié superbe...Merci

Concerto consists of three movements played without a break: 1. Allegro non troppo 14:02 2. Adagio 3:40 3. Allegro con fuogo 1:13

Not to be annoying or anything but isn't the second note of the cadenza F#? Every other recording has it that way. Perhaps a memory slip? Nonetheless, still one of my favorite recordings of the piece.

I wondered about that. Others like Kogan also do F-natural. When this theme is first played in the opening it is natural. But at the end of the cadenza it is sharp...

Yes, most players I know of play an F sharp. Why she plays a natural is a mystery (to me, anyway.)

As Elena said below, In some editions, both versions are written, the musicians play the version that is closer to them. The orchestra starts with the F natural. Another note, Viktoria often took classes with Kogan and as you know he plays F natural at the beginning of the cadenza and F# at the end. Wonderful performance.
