that was awesome! I'm hoping to see a launch in May at Jetty Park when we're down on vacation! Your video was great, as it showed what to expect on a launch, and if there's a booster return to LZ !

Thanks. That was cool to get a hint of what it is like in person. For future reference, whenever the Moon was in view, the auto-exposure adjusted so the rocket disappeared or was much dimmer. It was still great.

Thanks for letting us watch this. It's interesting to note that the curvature of the earth prevents us observing the first hundred feet from launchpad until it it is above the curved horizon. The earth is flat-out curved.

Launch is about 10 miles from this location and there is a small hill or something in the way. Landing is about 5 miles away.

That date was supposed to be Thursday for Falcon Heavy, which has been moved to Saturday. Date is still on for Thursday.
